Is your child interested in creating their own designs to be on a runway? Are they interested in learning how to sew? Do you self-identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Colour)? Are you an immigrant or resident of Saint John? If you answered ‘yes’ to any these questions, then this training is for you.
We are committed to empowering children especially newcomers and immigrants through fashion.
We explore basic sewing tools and techniques, and how they can use them effectively to complete simple projects and enhance your vocational skills. Our instructors are equipped to support them every step of the way. Participants are required to come with materials for their projects.
